My Host cancelled my Booking

We're sorry to hear but it can happen.  If your booking has been cancelled by your Host prior to the start of your booking period you are likely entitled to a full refund.  


If your Host cancels your booking after your booking period has begun ,and through no default of your own,  they must provide you with 30 days notice and all belongings must be removed from the space no later than 30 days following the notice of cancellation.


Sometimes extreme situations will arise where a Host may need to cancel a booking with less than 30 days notice.  In this case, you will receive a full refund (minus Service Fees) for the most recent monthly period.
