I need to make changes to the items I need to store

Reach out to your Host via your Storzzy Inbox to let them know of any changes to the items you will be storing. It is important for both Renters and Hosts to maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of all items being stored in the event of damages or theft.  The best way is to document any potential changes with the Host in the Storzzy messaging centre so that both parties can easily refer back to changes later if necessary.

 

Also, it is important to note that if you are adding or significantly changing the items you need to store, this could impact your booking. If the additions or changes do not meet the Hosts requirements, they could decline your request for the additional items and/or cancel your booking.
