How do I become a Renter?

The process is eazzy breezzy! Simply answer a few questions about yourself and you’ll be all set to search for storage in your neighbourhood. Click here to set up your account.

Once you find a location that fits your needs, click on Request to Book and complete the required information to let your prospective Host know what you need to store. A credit card is required to complete your Request to Book. Your card will be pre-authorized, but you won’t be charged until the Host accepts your request (which they have 48 hours to do).

Helpful Hint: Add a picture of yourself to your profile! Everyone feels more comfortable when they can see who they are renting their space too.
