We understand – sometimes things change. To cancel a booking, please contact our Support Team and provide us with the following information:
Renters name,
start and end date of the booking, and
The effective date of the cancellation
reason for requesting the cancellation.
Our Support Team will review the request and advise on next steps.
If you are requesting to cancel a Confirmed Booking, there are a few scenarios to keep in mind:
If a Booking is cancelled prior to the Renter storing their items, Renters are entitled to a full refund (net of Processing and Service Fees), unless you indicated an alternate notice period permitting Host cancellation in the listing.
If a Booking is cancelled after this point, and by no fault of the Renter, you are required to provide 30 days’ notice to the Renter. The Renter must remove all stored items no later than 30 days following notice of the cancellation.
In extreme situations, if you need to cancel a Booking with less than 30 days’ notice, the Renter will receive a full refund (minus Service Fees) for the most recent monthly period. You will not receive the most recent monthly payout and will be charged a $75 termination fee.
Important Note: Hosts who repeatedly cancel Bookings may be subject to additional charges, including removal from the Storzzy community.
