I am entitled to a refund - How and when will I receive it?

If your booking is cancelled or declined and you are entitled to a refund, it will be automatically processed in our system and you will receive an email confirmation of the refund. Please note it may take 24-48 for the email to be sent. 

 

If you believe you are entitled to a refund and have not received a confirmation email, or if you have questions on a refund you received, please contact our Support Team.
