I need to cancel my booking

We understand – sometimes things change. To cancel your booking, make your way to your Dashboard, click on My Rentals and locate the booking you wish to cancel. If your Host has yet to approve your request, you will find your booking in the Requests tab and can cancel for free. If your Host has accepted your booking request, you will find your booking in the Confirmed tab. There are a few scenarios to keep in mind when cancelling a confirmed booking:


  1. If it has been less than 24 hours since your request was approved and/or more than three days before the start date, you are eligible for a 100% refund including Service Fees. 

  2. If it is three days or less, but not on or after the start date of your booking, you are eligible for a 75% refund of the Space Fee only. Services Fees are non-refundable.

  3. If it is on or after the start date of your booking and/or you need to cancel a booking for a space you have already moving items into, you are not eligible for a refund.
