My stored items were damaged or stolen

We’re sorry to hear your items were not returned to you in the same condition you stored them. If your stored items have been damaged due to Host neglect or misconduct, they are responsible as outlined in our Terms & Conditions 

 

In the event of a theft, your host is responsible for filing a police report however they may not be responsible for your lost or stolen items. Further information can be found in our Terms & Conditions. 

 

In either case, please contact our Support Team. 


Helpful Hint: Documentation of stored items is key in the event of damages and/ or theft to help with disputes. Storzzy strongly recommends taking pictures of your stored items.
