I have received a booking request for my space – What do I do now?

First of all, congratulations! You’re on your way to earning some extra cash! Now, on to the details: 


  • You have 48 hours to Accept or Decline the request. If you do not respond within 48 hours the booking request will be automatically declined.


  • Step 1 – Review the request. To do this, you have two options:


  1. Follow the link in the email notification you received which will take you to your Storzzy Inbox. From there, select My Hostings and click on the applicable conversation (conversations with unread messages will have a little red dot beside them). In the conversation you will see all details related to the request.


OR


  1. Head to My Listings | Storzzy  Under the Requests tab, you will find all pending requests for your listing(s). Click on the underlined title of the request to review the details provided by your potential renter.  


In either case, if the Renter has not provided enough details on the items they need to store or if you have some follow-up questions, reach out to them via you Storzzy Inbox to request additional information.


  • Step 2 – Accept or Decline the request – It’s that simple!


Note: If you are declining the request, you may see a drop-down menu asking for the reason. This information is not shared with the Renter. If you feel comfortable, reach out to the Renter via your Storzzy Inbox to let them know your reason for declining their request (its good customer service to follow up!).



  • If you have accepted the Renters request (Yay!), be sure to reach out to them via your Storzzy Inbox to sort out the move in and access details.
