What fees will I incur as a renter?

Great question! Renters are responsible to pay the Space Fee (the cost per month as determined by the Host), the Service Fee of 13% and applicable taxes.

Here is an example:

Let’s assume you are in Ontario and would like to rent a space listed for $100/ month. The following would be the fees you are responsible to pay:

Space Fee:	$100.00
+ Service Fee (13%):	$13.00
+ Applicable Tax (13%):	$14.69
Total Fees Payable by Renter:	$127.69

Depending on the length of your booking, recuring charges may apply. All charges, both one-time and recuring, will be outlined in the Request to Book prior to submitting to the Host.
