My Request to Book was declined - why and now what?

While Hosts do not have to provide a reason for declining a request some reasons could be:

 

  • It has been more than 48 hours since you submitted your request. Hosts have 48 hours to respond to a request; after that they are automatically declined.
  • The space is no longer available for all or part of the period you requested.
  • The items you have requested to store do not meet with the Hosts requirements.
  • The value of the items you are looking to store is outside of the Hosts comfort zone.
