My Renters items do not match the description they provided in their request - what do I do?

As a Host, you are entitled to review the items your Renter is storing prior to move-in (we strongly encourage taking pictures of all items):

 

  1. If the items do not match the description provided by the Renter (either from the original Booking Request or agreed upon changes after the fact) and you do not agree to the item changes in person

  2. STOP! Do not allow the item to move into your space. Moving the items into your space means you accept the Renters items and the Terms & Conditions.

  3. Contact our Support Team AS SOON AS POSSIBLE but no longer than within 24 hours of the start date of the rental period and provide us with a detailed description of the issues (including photos is highly recommended as always!). 


Best Practice: If you have agreed  to changes and/or additional items at the time of move-in it is highly recommended that you (a) take photos, and (b) document the agreed upon changes in your Storzzy Inbox conversation with the applicable Renter. 


Providing false or incorrect information may result in charges and/or fees being applied to a Renters account and repeat offenders risk having their account removed from Storzzy.
