If you feel your Hosts space does not match the description provided in the listing you may refuse to rent the space and may be entitled to a refund. There are a few steps to follow in this situation:
- STOP! Do not move your items into this space. Moving your items into the space means you accept the listing description and the booking.
- Contact our Support Team within 24 hours of the start date of your rental period and provide us with a detailed description of the issues (including photos is highly recommended as always!).
