My Renters items have been damaged or stolen

If your Renter’s items have been damaged, you may be responsible for damages as outlined in our Terms & Conditions


In the event of a theft, you are responsible for filing a police report however may not be responsible for the lost or stolen items. Further information can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

Helpful Hint: Documentation of stored items is key in the event of damages and/ or theft to help with disputes. Storzzy strongly recommends taking pictures of your Renter’s items.
